As web consumers ourselves, we understand the frustration encountered with the rising cost of shipping.
SHIPPING: We do not ship outside the United States.
Due to the increase in UPS shipping, we no longer offer this method. Because we want to give you the best shipping price possible, we currently offer USPS shipping options.
USPS Priority Mail is typically the least expensive in all but a few cases. However, we will always ship your order in the least expensive manner and that which will arrive to you the quickest!
In order to save folks on shipping costs, we also offer a "Show Pick Up" option with which you may select and pay for your items here through the web store, then pick them up at our next show or fair
(see list of upcoming events). If you'd prefer to pay for your items at the fair/show, please email us with your order and we will send you an invoice with your total for your reference!
We will never charge you more than the actual shipping on your package and never charge a handling fee. Shipping prices in our shopping cart are estimated and typically a few dollars more than the actual shipping will be. However, if the shipping is less than estimated, we will always credit your payment option at the time of shipping.
Occasionally, because of the size or weight of an order (such as bulky items or seed), shipping may be slightly more than what is estimated. If shipping is more, we will send you an email invoice with the additional amount for your approval before shipping the item(s).
We are working hard to find the best possible shipping methods at the least cost to you!
NOTE: As a rule, orders received before 12 p.m. EST Mon-Fri will be shipped the same business day. Orders received
after 12 p.m. will often be shipped same day, but usually the next business day. Occasionally, due to store closure or other business matters, orders may take longer to ship.
Delivery confirmation is part of our shipping prices. You will receive your delivery confirmation number in an email from both the United States Post Office and our Store so that you may track your package as it moves across the country!
PAYMENT: We offer several payment options and accept most major credit cards. If you are uncomfortable using PayPal, please call us! We'll be happy to take a credit card number over the phone or make arrangements for you to send a check or money order! Orders placed with check or money order are shipped as soon as your payment arrives and clears the bank (typically 1 day from date of deposit).
There is no minimum order and purchases are limited only by availability. If you need more items than our cart will allow, please email to ask when our shipments are due! We receive new shipments daily, but are limited on occasion by manufacturer availability.
REFUNDS/RETURNS: Happy customers make US happy! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to refund your money on any unopened medications, supplements and/or plastic items if returned within 30 days (less shipping). You may also choose a store credit if that is what you'd prefer, but items must be returned before a refund or credit will be issued. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately! We will do everything we can to correct the situation!
Opened perishable product may not be returned at this time - please contact us if you have questions, comments, or for more information!Refunds are sent in the manner in which you paid. This may be via email through PayPal (email address required), a refund to your credit card via our card processing account, or via company check - once your returned items have arrived. We will notify you upon arrival of your return via email for your reference. We do not currently charge a restocking fee.
